Unintentionally funny moments in games

What are moments when playing video games that something funny happened that wasn't intentional? Was it a glitch, or a perfect set of circumstances in a battle?

As an example, I've been playing Xenoblade Chronicles 3 recently. The series has a lot of voiced lines, particularly in battles, but in this particular one they also have lines for each protag (6 characters) for events such as learning about new developments between NPCs. "Nice to meet someone new" when you first talk to someone, "Looks like relationships has changed" when you learn NPC A thinks x about NPC B, etc.

This extends to after cutscenes as well. So at one point, there was a sidequest cutscene where an NPC had a complex reveal and also died (keeping vague because spoilers). Right after that, Lanz piped up with "Looks like some relationships have changed." Wow, Lanz...

Another example was pretty much this (I was delighted to see someone recorded the very instance I had - minor spoilers for another sidequest). A cutscene revealed someone has double crossed a group who are pretty pissed about that, and that results in a fight. Sena: I hope everyone is getting along :)

...she says as she also pulls out her weapon, in my case and the video above two guns, and proceeds to attack.

One time i was playing Ratchet and Clank, i kinda clipped through the ground. I don't remember exactly how it happened, but there was a vehicle involved.
I freaked out when it happened, but thinking back it was pretty funny.

I have an incredible clip saved on my Switch of riding a horse off a high cliff ledge, the horse dying of fall damage, and in the process, flinging my character all the way back up to the top of the ledge and surviving lol. I'd post it here if I had a way of doing so, because it's quite funny to watch. :p
Oh, I should mention this was in Skyrim lol.

Accidentally wiping the entire party in FFXIV savage raids with a knockback mechanic… i forgot i had to move out oop

Comes from a multiworld randomizer just yesterday. Entered the dark cave without the Lamp in Link to the Past. Likens it to a shorter Rock Tunnel in Kanto, but not even being able to see your sprite. Rescued the old man in the dark cave. Received a Blindfold (in Terraria) for doing that.

It's been a long time so I don't remember clearly. I think this was in a Pokepark game. There was a character that said its name (like "pika, pika"), or had a "cry", which sounded like an STD. I don't remember which one. I tried hard to hear the Pokemon's name which it should have been saying but it sounded like it was saying "[STD]" over and over. For a long while after that, I could only remember that Pokemon by the name of the disease.
