That would require a ton of work and data space. Would most likely bug the game more by adding it in right now, but maybe its possible when the game is actually finished.

Go to the party screen and click on a pokemon. In the submenu that opens up, you have the option to relearn moves if they have one. You don't need to go to the pokemon center anymore, and you can also nickname them from that submenu as well.

If the game is too easy because you are a higher level than your opponent, you could try swapping out your pokemon or turning off the exp share at some points in your playthrough. Give it a Moon Stone to hold at lv35 and then level it up. A crude method of solving a problem caused by having a lv16 Nidoking/queen, earlier than intended.
